Freshly prepared and plentiful selection for breakfast with sweet baked goods, sweet, fresh pastries. Very amiable employees from the maids who clean the room miraculously quick to the reception staff who have bent over backwards to be helpful, good sized room.

Loved this boutique hotel: excellent food and extremely friendly staff. the breakfast was astonishing, varied, and had lots of options. - the classic double room we stayed in was large and classically decorated on the upper floors.

The breakfast was altogether delicious and there was enough choice, but every day there were the same things to eat. We wish we had a little variety in the cold cuts, vegetables. Otherwise friendly staff, super great air conditioning and very helpful staff..good restaurant recommendations. It was incredibly hot, so next time we will definitely go to a different season:-)

The design was outstanding - after seeing several drab hotel rooms in other cities, it was a huge relief. Although the room was not huge it was very adequate; the bathroom, lighting, and air conditioning were excellent, and the breakfast was very good and on an upper floor rather than crammed into a basement space. Plus the staff were excellent.
They hadn't gotten the request for twin beds, but they fixed that situation quickly.

The classic double room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable double bed.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with plenty of shower gel, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Free wi-fi was available and it was conveniently situated for the bus station, from which it was easy to get to the airport. Breakfast was fine.
We were put into a disabled room and I did not like the wetroom at all as the floor was constantly awash. Our older children were put into a twin room next door and they had a shower cubicle, which would have been infinitely preferable - a bath would have been even better! More expensive than I thought it was worth, but I guess I could say the same about almost every hotel in Venice in the height of the season!
